Shipping Policy
At Odisha Fabrics, we take great care in delivering our handloom products to you in the best condition. We proudly partner with IndiaPost to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Domestic Shipping (Inside India)
- Delivery Charges: For inside India shipping, we put flat Rs 199 delivery charges.
- Packing Charges: Apart from that packing charges is flat Rs 99.
- Timeline: Orders are typically processed within next business day. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
International Shipping (Outside India)
We are proud to share Odisha's heritage globally. For our international patrons, the following terms apply:
- The customer need to bear the custom duty, import tax and others if any, in addition to shipping and packing charges.
- Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on the destination and total weight of the package.
- Odisha Fabrics is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Important Information
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier company details.
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not liable for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Damage during Transit: If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
*Change of address/Phone number: Once the order is processed, we can not change the address or phone number. However, you can write us for any such corrections before that, which is usually next working day from placing the order.
